Rock Café is a Route 66 tradition. It first opened in 1936 and has had many owners over the years, and has closed and reopened several times.

The wife and I went there for a mid-morning breakfast, and it was outstanding. I had the five pieces of French Toast and, because I ate it all, I got to sign my name on the wall in the bathroom. My wife's entree was extremely good as well.

In addition to the great food, there is a lot of memorabilia on the walls about the restaurant itself, as well as Route 66 overall. Highly recommended.
