THIS IS A RESTAURANT ON ONE SIDE AND A BAR ON THE OTHERSIDE ITS OPEN VERY LATE AT NITE AND VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING SO ITS A GREAT PLACE FOR BREAKFAST ITS LOCATED WRIGH ACCROSS THE STREET FROM THE WHEELING INN WHICH HAS NO FOOD SERVICE IN THE MORNING AND ITS WRIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HISTORIC WHEELING SUSPENSTION BRIDGE HENCE THE NAME OF THIS RESTAURANT. THE HAM AND CHEESE OMLETT WITH POTATOES AND TOSTE WAS AWESOME THEY HAVE ALL THE BREAKFAST STAPLES THE THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING THE OWNERS RUNS IT THE SAME FAMILE FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS YOUR BEST CHOICE IN WHEELING ALSO GO THERE IN THE EVENING FOR THE FISH AND CHIPS
