Syl's is the place for breakfast in Ontonagon. They bake their own breads and fix everything from scratch. Pancakes and omelets are very good. American fries are fixed the right way - freshly chopped and griddle-cooked. The coffee is above average by small-town standards, but if you're expecting a flavor-packed, urban-style cup of Java, you might be disappointed. Service is quick and friendly, and there is always a big selection of freshly baked yummies available.
