When you go into Victoria's Kitchen, you're really in her kitchen. Everything is open, and many of the customer/server barriers are dropped. The menu is creative with a large selection of well-prepared omelets, pancakes, etc., plus a number of classy vegetarian (or maybe even vegan) options. Vegetarians and meat-lovers can both eat very well here. The fried potatoes are excellent, but be aware that Victoria's standard recipe includes a custom seasoning mix that is on the peppery side. If you like pepper, go for it; if you like gentler seasoning or none, just ask. Coffee is excellent and service could not be friendlier or more adept. There are always many sweets and desserts available. Everything is cooked from scratch right there in Victoria's kitchen. Can't beat it!
