Okay, I have rated Happy Days as average in price because when you factor in the regular price of breakfast (a tad on the high end) and the daily specials between 6am-11am (a tad on the lower end) it ends up as, surprise!, average. Nevertheless, Happy Days is a 1950s-style restaurant, it is open 24 hours, and the serving staff have always been absolutely wonderful.
