Absolutely fantastic breakfasts. Classic stand-by's (i.e. fried eggs and bacon), "gourmet" omlettes (i.e. the Cobb Omlette) perfectly turned out french toast and waffles. THe fruits and vegetables are always very fresh and they are also extremely generous with the serving size. The only downside: it's cafeteria-style (although everything is made-to-order) so frequently there are long lines. It's usually pretty easy to get a table once you have your food, though, especially considering how small the space is. If you get there before 10am on the weekends you can usually avoid the wait altogether, in which case the Paramount gets a 5-egg "Awesome".
