A very large menu with alot of variety. The prices are very inexpensive, with huge portions to boot. You can also adjust the portion size to suit yourself, and the waitresses will adjust your price to match. The waitstaff is fantastic, and even treat strangers as old friends. The cooks in the back are so fast you'd swear they made your meal for someone else who was there 10 minutes before you. Drink refills are there before you even need to ask. It's really worth stopping for, and yes...worth driving up from Colorado Springs for. I've even heard of people who moved away coming back to have breakfast there. Many also drive the two hours from Denver to eat there. Just to let you know, they are open until 2pm, and serve a great lunch as well.
