Seasons is on Sutter Street nestled between quaint shops. I have been there twice. The two experiences are vastly different. This time I took a girlfriend for breakfast. We ordered simple items. Omelets and coffee. My omelet was made wrong but I had to eat it nonetheless because our server NEVER CHECKED BACK until we had finished our food. (I only ate half and picked out the ingredient I did not order.) I asked for a coffee refill from another server since she had brought out our food and our server was nowhere in sight. The second server didn't get the coffee or send the other server. When I asked again our server got the coffee but never refilled on her own. The service was pretty bad and the food was ok/good. They get an average rating because the two mixed together come out to that. I would try other quaint restaurants before this one. But if you go be on top of the staff and call them over to get it right. I hope it was just a bad day.
