The 501 has an organic bakery/italian bistro feel with a creative vibe. Very fresh and inventive menu with great tasting breakfast brunch. Home baked breads and a huge menu of inventive omelets, fritattas, and breakfast compositions. Excellent coffee - they must grind their own beans - its too fresh. Gets busy on weekends, but the line moves fast. The most original place in Edmond for breakfast - and possibly in all of the OKC area! Even better for lunch.
