Waffles wrapped around delicious ingredients like gouda, black forest ham, organic maple syrup, mallow fluff, lemon curd, etc. Service is awesome, coffee is delicious (and they offer espresso as well as drip). This place is amazing and cheap and one of my favorites in Portland.
