We came to Casper to see Elton John and the next morning we wanted to get filled up with a good breakfast to hold us over as we travel back to Colorado. We were driving around and one of my friends was searching on his I-Phone and found Eggington's. We decided to try it and were very happy we did! Two people had the French Toast, and I had a breakfast with eggs, toast and thick, hickory bacon. The coffee here is incredible! We all ate and ate and were four happy campers! We will be back to Eggington's next time we are in town! Thanks!
