Delicious Breakfast Buffet! The sausages are very tasty and are not greasy, the French toast is fresh, not overcooked and is springy, takes on syrup well! You can get made to order omeletes, but I chose to just go for the scrambled eggs, very fresh and tasty. The bacon was crispy, but not overly crisp, just the way I like it! The biscuits and gravy are perfect, the gravy is not floury tasting at all! There are also pastries to devour if you want, though I had enough to eat between my sausage, bacon, French toast, eggs and buiscuts/gravy! I am not sure what company provides their coffee, but it is fresh, not bitter or burned tasting, and the wait staff just keeps bringing it around! It was a great experience! We ate breakfast both mornings we stayed at the Hampton Inn, and when we return in May, we will be eating breakfast there again!
