this is a family owned & operated cafe that really shines at breakfast. I usually get the oatmeal with banana, strawberries & whatever else comes in fresh that day to top it. The oats also come with toast or a bagel. Usually the oats & fruit fill me up so they give me a freshly baked cookie out of their oven to sub for the bread to enjoy later! Very accomodating. Food is consistently delicious here. My husband usually orders the Mega Special which is 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruits or potatoes and toast or bagel for 5.50. All the plates are very generous & the plates always look picture perfect. Other Mega breakfast specials avail too. Homemade salsa daily from the Mexican kitchen. Yum. Trust the border patrol officers who dine here daily, good food for cheap prices. Bring your newspaper or an interesting companion to distract you from the uninspired decor. Easy parking. Don't let boring exterior turn you away.
