Cafe Seed opened in April 2008. It is a vegan (pure vegetarian) restaurant, one of the only (if not *the* only) vegetarian restaurants in the area. On Saturdays and Sundays they are open for brunch, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. They offer a small menu including:

• Scrambled Tofu


• Tofu and Vegan Sausage biscuit
  
  optionally with home fries and fruit salad


• Belgian waffles


• Vegan BLT sandwich


• Chick'n sandwich


• Organic smoothies


• Baked goods, including cupcakes and cheez cake

(There's more, but that's all I can remember right now)

Our meals were tasty and filling. Nice, hip decor, very clean and contemporary. I would definitely recommend the place!!
