For those of you have heard the rumor that this is where the locals go for breakfast (and for lunch and dinner too), those rumors are correct. This is the place to go for a simple but serious Mexian breakfast in Gallup. Not the same kind of Northern New Mexico cuisine that you get in Santa Fe or Albuquerque, but still related to it.

I recommend the enchiladas and eggs with red chilie, and a sopapilla with honey on the side. That and a cup of coffee is all you need for the start of a beautifull day in New Mexico.
