The omelette souffle here is amazing. It's big, but also very very light, and my friend and I loved it. We tried the California version with avocado, tomato, mushroom & cheese. Incredible. It came with hash browns and choice of pancakes or toast. We had the Swedish pancakes with berry butter, and they were very nice, thin, eggy pancakes like traditional but large Swedish platte. We also tried the chicken fried steak, which was okay--I think it was a pre-made frozen product. Its crust was nice and crisp, but needed more pepper. It came with eggs, hash browns, and choice of toast or pancakes. We tried the regular pancakes and thought they were more hearty than light and fluffy. Service was initially attentive, but they lost track of us when we didn't order quickly enough, and it took a while to get back in their loop. The omelette souffle is the main reason for the 4 stars, and I'd definitely go back just for that.
