This local chain is often overlooked for breakfast. I've suggested it at times only to find that most people don't know they serve breakfast.

I like the fact that they still have a counter. I sometimes have breakfast alone, and the counter is a great place to do that. The people are always friendly and they often bring the newspaper with your first cup of coffee.

Counter conversation can be about ANYTHING.

The food is reasonable and the menu has everything from omelettes to eggs florentine to pancake & egg combinations.

One fault would be inconsistency. The size & quality will depend on who's in the kitchen.

It's never bad. Just different.

If you go during the week, say hello to June. She's GREAT.
