I really like Friesenhaus' three-egg breakfast. It is my favorite in New Braunfels. The eggs are always delicious whether scrambled or fried. The bacon served is thick and crispy (most of the time)...the way I like it. The German Fried Potatoes are abundant and tasty. The toast is really toasted. It is always firm and crispy not just "griddle toast" that always seems too moist or too greasy. The toast is served with butter and a variety of jellies on the side. The coffee is fresh and served in a cup and saucer. The tables have cloth tablecloths and napkins. The eating utensils are of good quality and heavy weight. All in all, a really nice breakfast experience that will leave you completely satisfied.
