NEW (and BEST) BREAKFAST IN SUNLAND/TUJUNGA!!!

The angeles national golf club has amazing breakfasts at an amazing price (not to mention the amazing view of the golf course).

We've been going steadily since they opened the new restaurant a couple of months ago. $7.95 gets you 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 wonderful sausage links (not the greasy jimmy dean type) hash browns AND 2 pancakes AND! coffee AND!!! juice!!! they room could use a little more decor but i think they don't wanna take away from the beauty of the golf course. there IS a dress-code but it is NOT enforced. we always go in blue jeans and t-shirts. and the golfers are always wearing shorts, etc... they're only open from 6:30 to 11am, though. i'm on a campaign to get them to serve Bfast longer. they also have a sunday brunch that we haven't tried, yet. i got the menu this morning: fruit compote, mimosa or bloody mary, and a choice of entre (bagel w/lox and capers, eggs benedict w/potatoes or the belgian waffle w/strawberries) for just $10. sounds nice. FINALLY WE HAVE A BREAKFAST PLACE IN S/T! don't be scared off by the swishy atmosphere of a "golf club". i'm sure they're just happy to have customers, these days.
