This unique restaurant is open 24/7 and serves breakfast all day. You can visit their web site at www.492fowl.com and read their funky menu. My wife had The Local yokal (2 eggs, 2 pancakes or french toast, 2 strips bacon, home fries, toast [she had a biscuit @ 25¢ extra] and I had the Egg Hoagie which is any omelet on the menu on a hogie roll with home fries. I chose the Florentine omelet [3 eggs, leaf spinach, mozzarella cheese and tomato]. Both were very good. There are also daily specials on aboard outside. Coffee is hot and good tasting with unlimited refills. Service is quick and attentive. Homemade muffins are available too. We had an Almond Poppyseed which came nicely toasted with soft butter and assorted jams, preserves and jellies. The walls are decorated with chicken plaques and signs, old posters, sports memorabilia and equipment and Jersey shore accoutrements. Rest Rooms are clean and bright. We got there early just before the crowds started arriving. Large room with lots of seating but there might be waits at peak times. Lunch and Dinner are also served. Well Worth a return visit.
