An Italian inspired cafe in Edwards. Excellent banana pancakes, Lavazza coffee and incredible croissants. Everything is made from scratch. The service is friendly, the coffee cups are huge, the selection is good, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is bright, and there is a great outdoor patio for sunny mornings in the summer.

Best breakfast I have found in the vail valley so far!
