Cafe Mimosa serves the most incredible brunch but only on Saturdays and Sundays. Be prepared to wait in line ... locals are particularly attached to the croissant French toast, the crispy pork belly, and the Spanish eggs benedict. Everything on the menu is fabulous. My favorites include the Mimosa omelet with goat cheese and melted leeks, the huevos rancheros, and the smoked Norwegian salmon tartine. Every morsel of food on the menu is worth waiting for and besides, you can enjoy one of nine different flavors of mimosas, a bloody Mary, or a delectable latte while you wait.
