I've only been here once and that was for breakfast but it was definitely memorable and I plan to go back and check out lunch and dinner. Before realizing they offer 40 (!) different kinds of pancakes I ordered 2 plain pancakes.

What I got was 2 large pancakes with scoops of melting whipped butter on top and generously dusted with powdered sugar, which was all these deliciously flavored pancakes needed. Besides the flavor, what really made them stand out for me was the fact that they were slightly crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside, what I would call a perfect griddle cake. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and can't wait to go back for more.
