Manny's Uptown serves great breakfast ALL DAY - they are a cheffed up version of the deli, so there's great H&H bagels & lox, but also omelets, tall stacks of pancakes, and really wonderful blintzes. My favorite is the French Toast, made with challah & served with whipped butter.
