I know you're thinking IHOP? Yes, hadn't been to one in years but this one recently opened in Trinity. Highly recommend it as it is spaceous, reasonable, waitstaff is friendly and the pancakes are totally awesome! Had my old favorite, chocolate, chocolate chip. Almost finished them. They came stacked up high and hot!

Will go back if I'm heading that way, even if I'm not heading that way and want alot of pancakes.
