Arrived about 8am on a Saturday morning. There was a line, but it wasn't too bad. Apparently I went at the right time because by the time I left it was packed.

You have to order at the counter then get a table. Its kind of a self serve place but they bring the food to your table. I ordered the Chickory coffee and a Fleur de Lis omelet. The omelet had crawfish and pepperjack cheese. It was topped with a crawfish sauce.

It was kind of a chaotic place, but they staff was very friendly and this was definitely the best omelet I have ever had. I see why the place was so crowded when. Really good experience and I will be back.
