In Colorado we enjoyed Egg & I for breakfast and were delighted to see them in Plano, TX. The food is absolutely perfect every time. Eggs Benedict, skillets, every breakfast I have had are the best. Even better than Colorado, which surprised me.

Service is impeccable, ambiance is comfortable and it is not crowded yet (but I will bet they will be very soon).

If you are a breakfast person, this is the place. They do lunch too, but I have not been there for lunch yet.
