Unfriendly and argumentative staff. Slow service and poor food quality. Unwilling to accommodate "fair" food substitutions for those suffering with food allergies or other dietary issues (charged extra for substituting approx. 1 Tblspn ground beef for hashbrowns and toast that come with meal).
