Terrific restaurant with an ever-changing menu featuring fresh, local, and sustainable produce. Don't let the 'granola'-sounding menu dissuade you though. Hash still offers hardy breakfast offerings that are well-prepared with nice touches such as a sweet side. I've never left disappointed.

The restaurant has a very comfortable atmosphere. My only complaint is that with the open loft-style layout, bare floors, and high ceilings, it can be a bit noisy depending on the patrons.

Hash usually has a line on the weekends, but 15 minutes is the longest I've had to wait (far shorter than many hipster brunch places). It's well worth the wait.
