Waffles, pancakes, eggs to order; they hit the difficult "over-medium" every time. The omlettes are the best in town, based on three eggs and always very fresh ingredients. The blueberry pancakes are full of berries and very light. The coffee is excellent and plentifully served. The bacon is smoked applewood, the ham is excellent and a big serving.

The staff is very quick and generally friendly. They have developed a very strong following of "regulars".

It is the best I have found in East Mesa.
