You can enjoy the same IHOP menu from the US mainland plus local dish such as Loco Moco and Ono Fried Rice! It is also BYOB! A plenty of parking spaces at Windward Mall. Family friendly and they serve comforting food. They offer Military Discount of 5% or you can find 15% discount coupons at military ticket outlets, too.
