OMG - This has to be the best breakfast spot in Holyoke. All the favorites... pancakes, waffles, eggs and also a lot of healthy options like egg whits (that taste great) and protein shakes. I like the Irish omelet with fresh corn beef. Glad I happened on this place. It is stuck in a little plaza on the corner of Westfield Rd. and Homestead Ave. It's a little hard to find but once you do you will keep returning like I do.
