The best Eggs Benedict ever!!! Epic! It was on a croissant with prosciutto and pesto in a hollandaise sauce. I had stopped trying Eggs Benedict until I read a review of this restaurant in the Times Union newspaper. The critic said that this is the only place they would eat them, and I whole-heartedly agree. If Eggs Benedict is not your dish, they also have a excellent charcuterie plate with really good aged balsamic vinegar. Both the chef and the vinegar are imported from France. Yumyumyum.
