
Crockpot Corned Beef Hash
(8 servings) Printable Version
- 1 16-ounce can of corned beef hash
- 3 large potatoes -- peeled and cut into small cubes
- 3 celery stalks -- chopped
- 1 large onion -- chopped
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- vegetable oil for frying
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for about 5-6 hours.

Serve topped with a pat of butter per serving. Very nice!
