Chocolate Peanut Butter

- 1-1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips - melted
- 1/4 cup butter - softened
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 Tablespoon strong coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make Chocolate Peanut Butter
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted chocolate, butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Stir coffee into peanut butter mixture.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Put this on toast, or even pancakes, in the morning. Kids go crazy for it - might be the Tablespoon of coffee. LOL.

So sweet, but so good. I agree with the previous comment that you don't need to add butter. The coffee is an interesting touch.

This is like homemade nutella. Skip the butter completely. It isn't necessary for this to be good. This made a very good filling for crepes (using this site's basic crepe recipe). Not as good as nutella, but good none the less.

This sucks you have still make the pancakes and then store the thing in for 2 weeks to long
