Minty Melon Smoothie
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 1 cup cantaloupe - cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup honeydew melon - cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup watermelon - remove seed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 to 1/2 mango juice (depending how thick you like your smoothies)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoons honey
- 5 fresh mint leaves - finely chopped
- 2 ice cubes
Hi Mr Breakfast - This is based on a recipe I got from 3fatchicks.com. Is that okay? Maybe you can link to them - lot of good recipes there too. Anyway... I love this for breakfast. It's a real refreshing taste of summer!
