Cream Cheese Pancakes (Low Flour)
(4 servings) Printable Version
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Make silver dollar-size pancakes on a hot, greased griddle. Serve with preserves or confectioners' sugar or both.
Only 2 Tablespoons of flour per batch. It's best to make silver dollar pancakes so they're easier to flip.

I just add more sugar and vanilla essence and they are pretty good.

I havent tried this recipe because never heard of LOW flour. Does it simply mean that very little flour is used?
