Cooking Notes From Mr Breakfast
My exact cooking times were 24 minutes for regular-sized muffins and 15 minutes for mini muffins.
When the juice was added to the butter mixture, I found the the texture clumpy and worrisome. But I continued with the recipe as submitted and everything worked out fine. The final batter with thick but surprisingly light.
This recipe features cornflakes, orange juice, walnuts (or your favorite chopped nuts), raisins and a little grated orange rind.
Mr Breakfast would like to thank CornFlake for this recipe.

Want to thank you for this recipe - was on the back of the corn flakes box years ago, like in the 70s. Made it for my kids and they loved it but in moving I lost the recipe and have been looking for it. Thank you and have a blessed day.
