Cinnamonlicious Toast Stix
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 2 slices Wonder Light Bread - cut into strips
- 1/3 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- splenda
- cinnamon
- 1/2 ounce Torani SF Vanilla Syrup or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cook in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. When both sides are brown, sprinkle Splenda and more cinnamon on top and, voila, quick, easy, and healthy french toast stix.
Eat them plain, or top 'em with sugar free jelly, sugar free maple syrup, berries or a light dusting of powdered sugar.
The entire recipe has just 120 calories, 1g of fat, 18 carbs, 5g fiber and 12g protein. (2 Points). Syrup, berries, jam, etc. are not included in these nutritionals.

What's an egg beater? In Australia it's what we use to beat eggs with. Tell me it's not some sort of fake egg mix.

Eww, they got all soggy from the batter and didn't cook properly. They were pretty gross.
