Brown Bean & Hot Dog Pastries

1 tin or jar of brown beans
1 tin of hot dogs (snack or regular size)
1 package puff pastry squares
1 egg - beaten

Preheat oven as instructed on puff pastry package. Line baking tray with baking paper. Chop hot dogs in bean-sized pieces.

Mix hot dogs with beans in bowl.

Spread puff pastry out on baking sheet.

Place two spoonfuls of bean and hot dog mixture on each square, then fold them in half.

Brush pastries with egg. Bake according to instructions.

A combination of two dutch-style dishes: beans with chopped bacon and sausage pastries. Yum!
