Kroppsua (Finland)

- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons margarine or butter
Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla together. Add sugar, flour, and salt. Mix well.
Heat a 9x13" pan in the oven with the margarine until melted. Mix batter again and pour into the hot pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 425 and then lower oven to 350 and bake 10 minutes longer.
Top with maple syrup, jam, or any of your favorite pancake toppings.
This recipe was my grandmother's. She was from Finland and this is what they had for breakfast sometimes. It is very fluffy and delicious!

So good! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend maple syrup on top.

This is one of the easiest pancake recipes I have ever tried. It was wonderful!!! This will absolutly be added to the family favorites! I do recommend watching your oven temp very closely if you have one of those unpredictable electic ovens like I do.
