Gabriel & Amaya's Smoothie

- 1 cup vanilla organic yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup apple or orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup of frozen tropical fruit mix
- 2 or 3 large strawberries or 1/2 cup mixed berries or both
- ice cubes

Mr Breakfast, I usually make this for my kids on hot summer days and they can not get enough of it. Usually, I use frozen fruits and fresh seasonal fruits - tropical fruits are great. This is loaded with vitamins and no added sugar. I hope you like the recipe. We have used everything from peaches to plums and whatever else we can get our hands on. Thanks, Tina!
