Crockpot Wheat Berry Cereal
(4 servings) Printable Version
- 1 cup Wheat berries - rinsed and drained
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup apricots - chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Cook on low over night.
Serve in the morning with milk and brown sugar.
So simple. So healthy. I love my crockpot!
