Pat's Breakfast Sandwich

- 3 slices hot buttered toast
- Philadelphia or other good quality full fat cream cheese
- 3 or 4 slices bacon - cooked
- 2 cooked sausages
- 1 sliced tomato - fresh or sauteed
- 2 sliced mushrooms - sauteed
Depending on the size of your toast, this can be light or very filling breakfast.
To saute the vegetables, place them in a small frying pan over medium heat with a Tablespoon of butter. Stirring occasionally, cook until the mushrooms are tender and just starting to brown.
A double-Decker breakfast sandwich with bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomato.
