Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
(4 servings) Printable Version
- 1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 ice cubes
If you don't have orange concentrate, you can use orange juice in place of the water and concentrate. It's not quite as good, but it's still pretty great.
A great wake-me-up with a creamy orange creamsicle taste. Use low-fat milk and sugar substitute and it'll be healthy too.
