Multi-Blend Smoothie
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium apple
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 5 or 6 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
- 4 or 5 ice cubes
Then, add your washed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds and blend until smooth. Now, the flax seeds can be added while ingredients are being blended or after smoothie is made.
All ingredients can be added or subtracted to suit yourself. Enjoy.
This smoothie is a great blend and a great nutritional boost to anyone's diet. Remember, just have fun and have a great time.
