Tangerine Mimosa
(10 servings) Printable Version
- 1 750-ml bottle of dry Champagne
- 10 Tablespoons orange liqueur (like Grand Marnier)
- 2 and 1/2 cups fresh tangerine juice
- tangerine wedges or twisted peel stips for garnish
Add 1 Tablespoon orange liqueur per glass.
Top each serving with 1/4 cup juice and garnish as desired.
Bottoms up! Happy New Year! A very welcome fresh taste to any brunch or breakfast.

I might be a little drunk but this recipe is fantastic! Seriously, everyone loved it. I cheated and used half orange juice from a carton and half fresh tangerine juice (from 10 tangerines)... still tasted amazingly fresh and delicious. Thank you for the recipe.
