Strawberry-Banana Cornocopia
(2 servings) Printable Version
- 1 banana (quartered)
- 4 frozen strawberries (remember to take off the leaves and stem)
- 2 cups of vanilla soy milk (regular will probably work as well)
Wait about a minute or so as the blender works itself on 'Liquify'. Put in an extra strawberry to bob around on the level of the drink, pop in a straw, pour some for you and a friend and then head out full of energy!
- Jessica Violet, age twelve.

The strawberries don't really need to be in the freezer too long - even fifteen minutes to a half hour should do and it tastes delicious!
