Orange Sauce (For Pancakes)
(6 servings) Printable Version
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 2 Tablespoons chopped dried cranberries or cherries or other dried fruit (optional)
Serve over pancakes or waffles for a fun, fresh change of pace.
In addition to a great pancake syrup, this makes a great topping for iced cream.
