Stuart's Stupendous Scrambled Eggs

- 1-2 eggs per person
- Worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce (any kind)
- milk
- ham (one slice per person)
- green onions (1/2 per person)
- basil
- paprika
- cumin
- dill
- cayenne pepper
- cajun spice
- chili powder
- onion powder
- parsley
- garlic powder
- cheese (any kind)
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- Combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and spices in a medium sized bowl. Whisk well.
- Chop green onions and sautee in frying pan on medium-high heat.
- When browned, add chopped ham.
- When ham is cooked pour egg mixture in.
- When bottom of eggs are browned, shred cheese and sprinkle on.
- After cheese is melted, serve and enjoy!

Calling hockeyman123... thanks a lot for the recipe submission. I believe that your scrambled eggs are probably "stupendous". However, I really need you to clarify the amounts for your ingredients. Even with a small dash for each spice, it seems like the small portions would be overloaded. If you could send more information, I'd really like to keep this recipe on the site... otherwise I'm afraid it will have to be removed due to incomplete information. I hope to to hear from you.
